Jansal Valley® Pepper Crusted Bacon Slab
Jansal Valley® Bacons are made in the old world tradition of smoking. Slabs of prime center cut pork bellies are cured slowly and smoked. By doing this the bacon absorbs more flavor and shrinks less during the cooking process than traditional bacon. Using local New England wood chips creates a sweet flavor that pairs nicely with the buttery pork. This uncut slab is a 6 pound average size and you can slice it to your preferred thickness.
