Kilchurn Estate® Smoked Salmon
Kilchurn Estate® Smoked Salmon is produced from the finest quality fresh Scottish Salmon. Cured by hand with a blend of pure sea salt and Demerara sugar, the salmon is then double smoked for 24 hours over smoldering oak wood chips. Our smoked salmon is pre-sliced with 100% of the brown meat removed. It is vacuum-sealed to capture that "fresh out of the smoker taste."
