Fondo di Alba® White Truffle Paste
Our white truffle paste is prepared using the finest Italian white truffles, peanut oil, and salt and absolutely no artificial flavors or preservatives. This paste is a more affordable substitute for fresh truffles, but still intensely flavorful, a little bit goes a long way to infuse the unique earthy flavor and pungent aroma. Use this paste in mashed potatoes, risotto, and hors d’oeuvres. For cooked preparations, be sure to add at the end of the cooking time for best results.
