Cabbage, Radish and Jicama Salad

Ingredients

6 ounces
Jicama (cut into ¼ in. batons)
6 ounces
Red Radish (washed and quartered)
1⁄2  
Head Green Cabbage (finely shredded)
1  
Hndful Cilantro Leaves (roughly torn)
   
Salt
   
Black Pepper
   
Zest of 1 Lime
   
Juice of 1 Lime and 1 Orange

Instructions

Combine jicama, radish, cabbage, and cilantro. In a separate small bowl, mix salt, black pepper, zest, and juice. Add the dressing to the salad and mix. Adjust seasoning, and refrigerate if needed, for up to 30 minutes before serving. *Note: finely diced jalapeño may be added if you like heat. Garnish with lime wedges and cilantro leaves.
