French Mustard & Herb Vinaigrette Salad

Ingredients

Head Hydroponic Boston Lettuce (washed)
6  
Baby Carrots (shaved)
1  
Watermelon Radish (sliced and halved)
   
Salt & Pepper
1⁄2 tablespoon
Fresh Parsley (chopped)

Instructions

Lay Lettuce in the middle of a serving plate, splaying the leaves open like a flower in full bloom. Place sliced radishes in a spiral around leaves and sprinkle shaved carrots in concentric circles. In a small bowl, whisk olive oil and mustard and herb blend together with vinegar. Season to taste with salt and pepper, and drizzle over the lettuce. Sprinkle with fresh parsley, serve, and enjoy.
