Our Gruyere is made in age-old techniques dating back to the twelfth century and traditional instruments including custom-made Swiss copper vats. Using only the highest quality ingredients, it is cellar aged for nine months to develop its critically acclaimed, robust flavor with nutty and earthy qualities as well as fruity undertones.
