Local Irish Style Bangers

Although they may not actually be called "bangers" in Ireland, we're using a classic Emerald Isle recipe that combines pork, spices, and rusk, which is steamed, rather than smoked. Rusk, a signature ingredient in Irish sausages, is light and dry twice-baked bread crumbs, which gives our bangers their quintessential texture and flavor. Just add mash, or opt for a full Irish breakfast with fried eggs, baked beans, tomatoes, and Irish soda bread. Either way, wash it down with a pint of Guinness for a taste of the Roisin Dubh.
