Micro Cilantro has four bright green leaves that sprout from pale lime green stems. The first two leaves have an elongated blade-like shape while the other leaves resemble a tiny version of mature cilantro. Micro Cilantro has a bright citrusy aroma without the "soapy" note that many claim mature cilantro emits. The flavor is earthy and clean with notes of fresh cut grass.
